Goals

• Increase sustainability practices, behavior and knowledge of resident students
• Housing Operations Student Staff will improve skills realtes to work ethic, communication and problem-solving
• Housing Operations will provide a safe and inclusive residential community, especially as it relates to under-represented populations

Outcomes

• Residential students will indicate that they are aware of and can identify sustainability efforts put forth by or promoted by Housing Operations
• Decrease recyclable materials that are put in trash from fall semester to end of the academic year
• Decrease BTUs/square foot for all residence halls compared to average usage over last 5 years

• Student staff will improve over the course of the academic year in the areas of work ethic, communication, and problem-solving
• Student staff will report that working with Housing Operations has improved their ability to excel in future positions

• Students in the GLBTQ community will report they believe they are part of an inclusive community as it relates to residential facilities
• Students with disabilities will report satisfaction with access and use of residential facilities
• Students will report ease in the usage of access control system and that it assists in them feeling safer in the residence halls
• Students will report the room change process allows them to feel heard and understood as it relates to issues they face in both room and roommate situation
