Are you interested in becoming a Resident Assistant or Programming Assistant? Read on!
RAs and PAs are student members of the Residential Education staff, and are under direct supervision of the Director of Residential Education and their respective Community Director. RA/PA responsibilities include peer helping, residence hall openings and closings, programming, policy enforcement, providing resources, and the day to day community building needed in the residence halls.
The RA/PA application will close on Sunday, October 28th at 11:59PM. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered. In order to be considered for this position, you need:
(1) a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 [which also needs to be maintained throughout the period of employment if hired],
(2) to have lived on-campus for at least one  semester, AND
(3) demonstrated leadership skills that speak to your ability to be an effective RA/PA.
Applicants will receive an update on their application status on Tuesday, October 30th by 5PM. If you are selected to participate in our interview process, you will need to attend a mandatory informational meeting on Tuesday, November, 6th at 9PM.
