2024 Summer School Housing
The summer school housing application will open on April 1st, and can be found in the Housing portal.
Welcome to UNC Asheville Summer Housing! We are happy to offer housing to students attending summer school for summer 2024.
- To apply for summer housing, students must be an admitted student, attending one or more summer school sessions.
- Students are only allowed to live in on-campus housing for the summer school terms they are attending.
- Housing for summer 2024 will be all single room options in the Woods.
- Summer housing is manually assigned on a space-available basis by Housing and Residence Life
- Residential meal plans are not offered or required in the summer. Students may purchase a summer meal plan at rockycard.unca.edu.
- Brown Hall be open on a limited schedule from June 3 – July 30. There is no on-campus food service available during Maymester.

Move in and move out dates will be communicated to students when they are assigned to summer housing.
To apply for summer housing, please log into the Housing portal, on or after April 1, and click on the “Summer Housing” button.
