On behalf of the entire staff of the Office of Housing & Residence Life, welcome to the residential community of University of North Carolina at Asheville. We hope you make the most of the University community experience through our extensive programs. Our staff is committed to creating and maintaining a living environment that fosters and facilitates personal growth and community involvement within the residence halls.
In order to accomplish this goal, we are communicating important information through this handbook to you, the resident. The handbook outlines many of the residential policies and procedures you will need to know as a residential students
We hope you will take an active role in your community. We encourage you to bring your needs and concerns, as well as your unique talents and strengths, to the attention of the Housing & Residence Life staff. Your residence hall is your “home” while at UNC Asheville; we invite you to make the experience all it can be!
